1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses including retailers, gyms, spas, clinics, and distributors. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our sole discretion.

2. Minimum Order Quantities

All wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as outlined in your approved quote. Current minimums start at 100 units per SKU.

3. Pricing & Payment

Wholesale pricing is tiered based on volume commitments
Payment is due per the terms on your invoice (typically Net 30)
A 50% deposit may be required for first-time orders
Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced
Late payments may result in account suspension

4. Shipping & Delivery

Wholesale shipping costs and timelines are determined per order based on quantity, weight, and destination. Freight estimates are provided with your quote and may be adjusted based on actual shipping costs.

International wholesale shipments: duties, taxes, and import compliance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Wholesale orders are non-refundable once shipped
Deposits are non-refundable after order confirmation
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Replacements for verified damaged goods are at our discretion

6. Resale Requirements

Wholesale purchasers agree not to alter, repackage, or modify products. Products must be sold in their original packaging with all labels intact. Resale below MSRP without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cien Rios Wellness LLC's liability for any wholesale order shall not exceed the invoice amount for that specific order.
